Job Description

Requirements
  • Experience in the inspection, testing, repair and service of fire protection and security systems.
  • License in Texas for backflow assembly testing and repair as well as fire sprinkler inspection and testing is required. Licenses in Arizona a plus.
Responsibilities

This Fire Prevention Systems Inspector is responsible for the inspection and testing of multiple types of fire prevention systems such as: backflow prevention assemblies, fire sprinkler, clean agent, suppression, and fire alarm. These duties are performed in medical, retail, residential, school, government, industrial, military and business settings.

Competencies
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for approval to drive a Company vehicle.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass various State and Federal background checks.
  • The ability to accurately complete electronic based inspection forms/documents related to the inspection process.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the Company in a professional manner when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed is required to accommodate inspections/testing schedules.
